  • Andrew Douglas - main director - directs films of sinister genre: thrillers/horror. Similarities: performance, reference to world, black/white vintage. Judgement - black and white style - narrative based - more colour - makes you think more - symbolism more stronger than subtle.

  • Chasing Pavements - Jan 08 - incident with former boyfriend - punched him, got kicked out and thoughts about how she's chasing pavements - car crash victims, not a victim - high angle shot - move as if standing up on pavements - re-acting first meeting.
