Initial ideas for your music video*

The song that we chose to do for our music video was 'International' by Chase and Status. We decided that as the song doesn't have any lyrics and has a crazy, upbeat tune to it we would do a performance based video instead of a narrative. Something like the Chase and Status video 'No Problem'.

We decided for our video that it would be good to have people dressed in different costumes from different nations and have them all come together to match with the title of out song 'international', all the characters would be dancing to the song in an un-choreographed way to go with the crazy beat of the song. We thought that the video should be set in some sort of deserted setting such as a warehouse or an old building to go with the idea of some sort of illegal rave/party, the room would have to be fairly large to get all of the people we want in and we would have to ask for permission to be on the site.  Then maybe to have a contrast with that have some sort of quintessentially english feature in the middle of the deserted place such as a dining table with teacups and cakes. Another idea we had was maybe the use of powder bombs or paint splats to go with the party vibe of the song. For the camera angles, effects and transitions in the video we thought that it would be good to have a warped effect to the video to again go with the crazy, party theme of the video.
